Job Summary

Leading complex Referral Product and Clinical Programs initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage operational processes, develop implementation strategies, and monitor performance metrics while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and manages operational programs and cross-functional workstreams to achieve strategic objectives
• Monitors program performance through dashboards and reports to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements
• Facilitates stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and align on priorities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, project/program management, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess performance and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience developing reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
