Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple real estate projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, collaborating with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of real estate projects
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements including scope, budget, and risk identification
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure all functions remain on schedule while resolving issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant construction experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Innovative mindset to develop new methods beyond existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to solve unique problems using both standard and innovative solutions
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
