Job Summary

To drive execution across critical growth and product transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and market execution in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Package high-level strategic growth directions into structured project frameworks with clear business outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional cycles for researching, testing, and validating new services and market hypotheses
• Drive the execution roadmap for product changes, aligning research, product development, and client feedback loops

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI ecosystems, including LLMs and AI-driven operational transformation
• Deep familiarity with travel tech, hotel tech, and hospitality operations
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in tech startups or digital ecosystems
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Advanced expertise in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana
