Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large complex projects, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will be responsible for scope management, resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk assessment while ensuring project goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments
• Identify stakeholders and establish project governance while mentoring other Project Managers
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, escalating issues and recommending solutions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience leading large complex projects
• 4+ years of experience with standard project management methodologies and tools
• Proven decision-making skills with the ability to drive results through informal authority
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels
