Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful execution of key initiatives related to the Value Based Platform, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects, implement standard processes, and facilitate communication among stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and report the status of Geisinger VBP project work, ensuring tracking and transparency of project milestones
• Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for various initiatives
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic goals while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools
• Experience in driving discussions towards clarity in complex project meetings
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well in ambiguous situations
