Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Guiding project teams through all phases of project management, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables while utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful technology solutions delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Own overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to organizational best practices
• Facilitate project events and ceremonies, while planning and organizing project goals and milestones
• Monitor and report project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and assist in change management processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Information Technology or Communications
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and familiarity with traditional project management practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Aptitude for managing complex assignments and motivating project teams
