Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will serve as Scrum Master for the Practice Innovation team, managing Agile processes and overseeing a portfolio of projects focused on generative AI and data infrastructure, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the team roadmap, ensuring timely execution and alignment across cross-functional teams
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Identify and resolve project blockers, anticipate risks, and maintain project momentum to meet delivery goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing technical teams in a software, data, or AI/ML environment
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with data and AI/ML concepts and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
