Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure all IT projects meet customer expectations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage technical projects from initial requirements to release, guiding a project management team and leading cross-functional technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drives projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating with technical, business, and operational stakeholders
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to quality standards
• Acts as Scrum Master for IT teams, prioritizing requests from multiple stakeholders and fostering continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BS in Computer Science or related Engineering field preferred
• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP certification
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and experience with Jira
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple critical projects on-time and on-budget
