Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical initiatives and process improvements, the full-time Senior Project Manager will execute complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive transformation within the Student Success Center in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution and communication of multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables
• Develop actionable project plans and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership while supporting resource planning across initiatives
• Prepare concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Workforce Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in complex work environments
• PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, or Asana
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
