Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-impact Learning & Development initiatives for a major pharmaceutical client, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple workstreams, align with enterprise PMO standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance program effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple L&D workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise PMO standards
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and precision
• Provide structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in HR, L&D, or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-visibility environments
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Strength in process improvement, vendor management, and operational excellence
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
