Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex real estate and construction projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and managing day-to-day operations
• Develop project charters, comprehensive plans, and communicate expectations to team members and clients
• Build rapport with clients and act as a liaison between clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, or construction management
• 7+ years of experience in real estate and construction program/process management
• Expertise in developing project charters, including scope, schedules, and budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and estimating software
• PMP or PgMP certification is strongly preferred
