Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in care delivery, the contract Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects remotely, ensuring successful planning, execution, and governance while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clinical, operations, product, and technology teams to drive project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or clinical operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
