Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, the contract Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams remotely, ensuring project execution aligns with business objectives and is completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables while driving execution and accountability
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work items using Azure DevOps to track progress and delivery metrics
• Mentor team members and communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders effectively

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise or federal government environment
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and work tracking
• PMP and CSM or SAFE SM certifications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex multi-team initiatives
