Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment, utilizing both Agile and waterfall methodologies while ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, developing clear project plans and ensuring accountability
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work items using Azure DevOps to support iterative planning and execution
• Serve as the central coordination point between project teams and stakeholders, communicating progress and risks effectively

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex projects in large enterprise or federal government environments, with at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in waterfall delivery
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and work tracking
• PMP and CSM or Safe SM certifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
• Experience managing complex multi-team initiatives in enterprise technology or digital delivery contexts
