Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, high-impact initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage fundraising events, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while working onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact
• Partner with the Special Events team on strategy, event promotion, and logistics while facilitating stakeholder alignment
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and transparency

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement for high-level events with 500+ attendees
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to operate independently and lead through ambiguity
