Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale IT service delivery and infrastructure projects, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage project scope, budget, and timelines while mentoring junior project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-profile service delivery and technology deployment projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including charters, budgets, schedules, and status reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of Project Management experience in complex IT infrastructure and technology transformation projects
• Experience with depot services, hardware deployment, and large-scale technology rollouts
• Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced project managers
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Project and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
