Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading project management services for various facilities, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee project estimation, supervision, and coordination of vendor proposals while managing risks and budgets across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Support project executives by developing project scope and schedules
• Review and comment on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings
• Prepare and track project budgets, status reports, and financial documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Design, or Construction
• Proficiency in reviewing Design Intent and As-Built Drawings
• Experience with new construction and renovations of older buildings
• Cost estimating experience, particularly with RS Means format
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
