Job Summary

Managing multiple large-scale projects within a pharmaceutical advertising agency, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project workflows, collaborate with various teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project staffing plans and allocate resources effectively
• Serve as the liaison between agency team members and partners, ensuring clear communication and project updates
• Manage project timelines and budgets, providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is required
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
• Strong experience with PC and MS Office Suite software
