Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading Commercial solar and battery installation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships while ensuring projects meet contractual, financial, and performance obligations, with the potential for remote candidates to be considered.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle management of EPC and Design Build projects, including scope development and commissioning
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk profiles, and performance guarantee metrics to ensure compliance and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee subcontractor and vendor performance management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience in commercial scale solar and battery EPC
• Proven track record managing complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and renewable energy projects
• Valid Drivers' License in good standing issued by resident state
