Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Project Manager will facilitate project management for key accounts, coordinating packaging production, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders to support design adaptation and production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with key stakeholders during artwork development and pre-press execution
• Lead and manage relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college or an Associate's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the design and production art industry, with knowledge of various printing processes
• Experience using Esko Web Center or comparable project routing software
• Ability to work independently and proactively toward project success
• Strong proofreading skills and full comprehension of work instructions
