Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To optimize client service and financial performance on large, complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage the planning, execution, and overall oversight of a portfolio of power delivery projects, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel to Houston, TX as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
• Supports business development through project scoping, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
• Analyzes project performance and resource utilization while managing project risks and maintaining client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution (preferred but not required)
• PMP certification (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Power Delivery Industry, including at least 5 years in project management
• Strong understanding of financial management and various types of power delivery projects
• Proven success in managing large, multi-discipline programs and projects
