Job Summary

To manage Medical Affairs programs for global pharmaceutical clients, the full-time salaried Senior Project Manager will oversee project development and delivery, maintain timelines, and ensure high-quality execution while collaborating with internal teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the development and delivery of Medical Affairs projects, including digital content and meeting materials
• Setting up and maintaining project timelines in the digital project management system
• Leading internal meetings to review project progress, manage dependencies, and communicate client priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably in digital projects or within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in organization and documentation skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and task management systems
• Knowledge of marketing-related content and digital processes
• Familiarity with the medical/legal review process within the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience in a regulated industry
