Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading Agile project teams, the full-time Senior Project Manager will deliver enterprise IT solutions focused on VMware environments while ensuring project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile project teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions, emphasizing VMware-based environments
• Track and report on project performance, including risks, issues, budgets, milestones, and customer feedback
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud-based projects
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile project leadership
• Proficient with Agile project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
• Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) preferred
