Job Summary

Leading complex construction projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will develop and execute project goals, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets while managing client expectations
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation for internal teams and clients
• Manage project performance against schedules and milestones, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects
• Expert-level proficiency in budget development and performance reporting
