Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure the effective completion of communications, digital, and creative deliverables in a hybrid role based in Troy, Michigan, while managing project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes projects within timelines and budgets while proactively monitoring scope and influencing project direction
• Prepares client invoices, monitors payment status, and works to resolve potential areas of client dissatisfaction
• Leads functional groups, ensuring open communication and efficient teamwork among all project stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in marketing services operations, particularly with large and complex marketing communication projects
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels
• Experience with solutions supporting sales channel development, including web-based training and digital media
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus
