Job Summary

Leading complex client-facing implementations, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, oversee delivery processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes in healthcare IT system deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations and manage project plans to achieve on-time and high-quality results
• Provide expertise in project scope, risk identification, and resource allocation while developing project artifacts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison and tracking project milestones

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in client-facing implementations
• 3+ years in the healthcare industry with 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
• Experience with front-end revenue cycle operations and healthcare data
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Solid client relationship and stakeholder management experience
