Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale IT and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical and strategic initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, providing clear reporting on progress and risks to stakeholders
• Ensure successful project delivery by aligning with business objectives, managing timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and lead specialized project forums to drive project success and present updates to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technology field, or a high school diploma with 12 years of technical project management experience
• 8+ years of demonstrated technical project management experience across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• PMP Certification is required; Agile certification is preferred
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other productivity solutions, along with advanced PowerPoint skills
• Proven experience managing IT, strategic, digital transformation, and process improvement projects
