Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of construction and capital projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while enhancing the customer shopping experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the capital approval process, including budget development and project scheduling
• Oversee construction and bidding processes, ensuring compliance with Capital Control policies
• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external contractors to drive project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in project and construction management, including budget tracking and cost estimation
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and external partners
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project issues and property damage claims
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
