Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive the delivery of clinical trials in a dynamic environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will own an assigned portfolio of trials, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned trials, including planning, onboarding, and progress tracking
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the trial lifecycle
• Lead initiatives to design and implement new operating models and workflows to enhance trial delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in the clinical trials industry
• Proven ability to manage sponsor and/or CRO relationships effectively
• Experience managing multiple complex trials simultaneously and autonomously
• Exceptional strategic and influential communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a comfort for ambiguity
