Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing management and leadership for complex clinical trial and regulatory projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will work remotely to interface with internal departments, company leadership, sponsors, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-profile clinical trial and regulatory projects
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
• Manage relationships with internal and external team members to drive project activities to conclusion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related discipline, or equivalent required
• 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience in global/complex clinical trials within a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to mentor, delegate, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
