Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex digital initiatives, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of projects across omnichannel platforms, loyalty systems, and marketplaces, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive Agile ceremonies, planning, and execution
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while maintaining project documentation and reporting dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience focused on digital project delivery
• Proven experience delivering complex digital initiatives such as omnichannel and loyalty platforms
• Strong expertise with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including hands-on experience with AI agents in project workflows
