Job Summary

Guiding healthcare and technology projects from conception to delivery, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while leveraging AI and data-driven tools to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives in healthcare operations, population health analytics, and biomedical research
• Create project plans and manage deliverables, including timelines, risk identification, and resource allocation using project management software
• Monitor project performance and conduct post-project evaluations to identify risks and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years of experience in senior project management roles, preferably in healthcare IT or biomedical research
• Experience managing virtual and geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with AI-enabled project management practices and tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
