Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and supporting projects across the enterprise, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst will manage project lifecycles from requirements to deployment, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of initiatives in Processing, Underwriting, and Loan Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute system customization, application upgrades, and process improvement projects in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, employing agile and other methodologies
• Develop strategic partnerships with business unit management and communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Demonstrated experience using Agile methodology and business analysis tools
