Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead innovative projects for significant clients, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery, define scope and budgets, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the project lead, responsible for delivering high-quality work that meets client and agency needs
• Define project scope, draft statements of work, create staff plans, and estimate budgets and timelines
• Manage execution, track team progress, monitor project risks, and ensure effective solutions are implemented

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting
• Experience in fully integrated delivery, including marketing, technical, and digital aspects
• Healthcare or pharma industry experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Solid understanding of project management methodology and experience managing multidisciplinary teams
