Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise IT operations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage infrastructure, systems, databases, network operations, and Tier II/Tier III application support to ensure high availability and performance in a globally distributed federal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and operations across systems, databases, networks, and applications
• Oversee Tier II and Tier III support, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution
• Manage global environments including data centers, cloud, and hybrid platforms

Required qualifications

• Active PMP certification
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of work experience with 7+ years in project or program management
• Proven experience managing enterprise network operations (LAN, WAN, MPLS, firewalls)
