Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing project management expertise for designated projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead client interactions, manage project budgets and timelines, and oversee consultant and construction team selection in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and develop master project budgets and timelines to meet project objectives
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews across all project phases, ensuring client and management team alignment
• Supervise and manage the performance of project staff, including Project Managers and CAD Operators, while participating in client marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop project teams
• Experience with government laws and regulations related to project management
