Job Summary

Overseeing multiple creative projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative projects across multiple client accounts, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and project delivery
• Manage and mentor junior Project Managers while collaborating cross-functionally for seamless client experiences

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of creative project management experience within a creative agency
• Experience managing multiple accounts, including enterprise and Fortune 100 clients, with $1M+ in annual project volume
• Ability to accurately estimate, scope, and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Expertise in brand systems, multi-channel campaigns, and complex creative workflows; proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while leading cross-functional creative teams
