Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional engagements, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while serving as a key client contact in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management on complex engagements, developing comprehensive project plans
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
• Manage internal project infrastructure, including task assignment and progress tracking within the project management system

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience, including 1 year in a Senior PM role in a marketing agency
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management in an agency setting
• Proficiency with project management software such as Wrike, Asana, or ClickUp
• Strong data fluency to analyze project and financial data for informed decision-making
