Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the full-time Senior Project Manager will own the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives, managing multiple workstreams remotely while ensuring timely delivery and alignment across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and tracking progress
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers, maintaining a clear view of project health for leadership

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience building project infrastructure from scratch
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying project status to both practitioners and senior leadership
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus, but demonstrated execution track record is prioritized
