Job Summary

Driving large-scale transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead complex systems integration and data migration projects within a dynamic financial services organization, collaborating closely with business leaders and technology stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple complex initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability among stakeholders
• Drive large-scale enterprise programs, including IT systems migrations and business transformations, while developing and managing detailed project plans
• Maintain strong communication with executive stakeholders and provide transparent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
• Proven experience leading IT systems migrations and large cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale programs and complex stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with project management tools and the Microsoft suite
