Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex IT projects in the US healthcare payer space, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality
• Coordinate with Client Delivery Managers to translate client requirements into effective project schedules and objectives
• Apply industry-standard project management practices to enhance delivery predictability and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technically complex IT projects, with at least 8 years in a dedicated Project Manager role
• Proven ability to drive projects through the full lifecycle using standard PMO artifacts
• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare IT implementations, preferably with payer-side experience
• Comfortable managing in hybrid environments that combine Agile execution with milestone-based planning
• Strong instincts for proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
