Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing a complex portfolio of medium to large-scale projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor budgets, and ensure successful project execution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage project intake, execution, and close-out processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented
• Track project performance metrics, manage risks, and recommend improvements to enhance the project management program
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification, with a preference for Project Management Certification
• 5+ years of professional leadership experience in project management, preferably in youth development, education, or nonprofit sectors
• Advanced skills in project management tools, particularly Asana, and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated change management experience and strong customer service skills
