Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, ensure end-to-end project delivery, and improve delivery processes while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing stakeholder expectations and communication
• Own end-to-end delivery across the program, maintaining visibility into technical and business workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar technical delivery leadership role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles
• Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development or systems integration
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycle concepts
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in client-facing environments
