Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dedicated portfolio of high-profile clients, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex projects, serve as a client advocate and laboratory liaison, and oversee project management process refinement in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, managing all aspects of project setup and execution
• Train and delegate tasks to Project Manager Assistants and junior Project Managers on technical project management and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project status, provide regular updates, and foster collaborative relationships among clients, laboratory operations, and sales teams

Required qualifications

• Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing high volume clients or complex project management work
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Client Project Manager II (preferred)
