Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful execution of medium to large-scale product change projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project planning and execution, cross-functional coordination, and workstream management in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration across departments
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and promote best practices among teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent work experience; degree in engineering or advanced degree preferred
• PMP Certification; SCRUM Master certification is a plus
• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the medical device field, particularly with class 3 electromechanical devices
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; familiarity with Jira, Jama, Polarian, OnePlan, or Oracle Agile PLM is desirable
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus
