Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of large-scale enterprise application and business transformation programs, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise programs aligned with strategic business objectives
• Define and govern integrated roadmaps, schedules, and delivery strategies across business and technology workstreams
• Establish program governance frameworks and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in leading enterprise-scale technology and business transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred; Agile/SAFe certifications a plus
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills
