Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing fintech environment, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery system for cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, risk management, and effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrity of the project intake process, ensuring each project has a clear brief and assigned owner
• Maintain a centralized view of all projects in ClickUp, providing reliable status updates and visibility to leadership
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and manage escalations for project blockers to ensure timely resolutions

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in delivering and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in fintech or regulated environments
• Proven ability to establish order in ambiguous situations and drive project discipline without formal authority
• Fluency with project management tools like ClickUp and AI tools for efficiency
• Experience with merchant integrations, client onboarding, or API implementation projects is highly desirable
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum) are a plus but not mandatory
