Job Summary
Managing all aspects of project delivery, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project schedules, scope management, and client relationships while ensuring timely and high-quality execution of customer experience solutions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project delivery, including scheduling, scope, risk management, and reporting status
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and third-party providers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing projects related to contact centers and customer experience
- Understanding of end-to-end expectations for lift and shift projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Familiarity with self-service (voice and digital) applications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure both in a team and independently
