Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, the part-time Contract Senior Project Manager will ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project workload and ensure effective execution while monitoring budgets and schedules
• Lead project teams and communicate with stakeholders to identify risks and implement course corrections as needed
• Facilitate open communication within the project management team through regular meetings and updates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising or digital agency
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in promotional advertising
• Expert-level experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
