Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Guiding project teams from initiation to close, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure successful technology solution delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Own overall project schedule, budget, and deliverables while facilitating project events and ceremonies
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and manage stakeholder communications regarding project requirements and progress
• Train and mentor project teams on PMO best practices and ensure knowledge transfer to support teams post-project

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and familiarity with traditional project management practices (Waterfall, PMBOK)
• Aptitude for analyzing and prioritizing complex problems and motivating project teams
• Strong communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats
